CNN reports that an employee contracted with the state of Virginia for 12 years seems to have never actually done any work for the agency she was attached to, Norfolk officials say.

This employee was discovered by the new director of the Norfolk Community Services Board who was looking through the office’s records finding the no-show job. Once the new director found this freeloader she was terminated and charges may be filed over the more than $400,000 she was paid for her “work” these last 12 years.

PHOENIX – The U.S. Justice Department sued Sheriff Joe Arpaio on Thursday, saying the Arizona lawman refused for more than a year to turn over records in an investigation into allegations his department discriminates against Hispanics.

The lawsuit calls Arpaio and his office’s defiance “unprecedented,” and said the federal government has been trying since March 2009 to get officials to comply with its probe of alleged discrimination, unconstitutional searches and seizures, and having English-only policies in his jails that discriminate against people with limited English skills.

Arpaio is one of the few law enforcement officials in America who actually enforces the law, rather than pick & choose enforcement that raises revenue. I’m going to send him a check for his defense fund!

While Department of Homeland Security chief Janet Napolitano a/k/a “The Lesbionic Woman” harasses Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agents for doing their jobs and tries to put most immigration enforcement on hold, liberal-dominated states, like Maine, are pressing ahead to give illegal aliens full rights usually restricted by law to U.S. citizens.
It’s beyond ridiculous.

SIOUX CITY — Political theater intruded into Iowa 5th District Congressman Steve King’s town hall meeting Monday when Democratic Party opponent Matt Campbell showed up and challenged King to a debate.

Campbell, who said King has ignored repeated requests for a debate, walked in midway through the hourlong meeting and stood about 10 feet from King’s podium. King finished answering the prior question about the Glenn Beck’s Restoring Honor event Saturday in Washington, D.C., then addressed Campbell, without naming him at any point in the exchange.

I consider Rep. King to be Iowa’s #1 conservative, and one of the top 10 conservatives in the Nation, I agree with him, don’t give a name caller a platform, he can’t earn on his own!
